Product Application

The production range includes extrusion lines with width from 400 to 2800 mm and thickness from 0.5mmup to 30mm for sheets or multicellular panels.

The number of co-extruders is defined depending on the specific needs of the customer and the characteristics of the finished product. Using the extrusion lines, sheet configuration up to 5 layers and output capacity over 3000 kgs per hour can be obtained.

FOOD PACKAGING Sheet for thermoformed food packaging, with and without barrier layer. Layers can be co-extruded or laminated for airtight seal. They can be treated for printing or metalizing.

Materials: PET, PS, PE, PP, EVA, EVOH.

WATERPROOFING Waterproofing membranes for building industry and civil infrastructure (protective covering, flat roofing, tunnels and subways, train track and roadway beds, bridges). Single or multilayer membranes, with inner reinforcement for support, surface embossing and aesthetic finishing.

Materials: F/PVC, TPO, HDPE.

EXTRUDERS A wide range of extruders is available to meet any demand from our customers. Single screw or twin screw, with parallel and conical counter-rotating screws. All extruders have different L/D ratios and drives, to ensure the proper plasticization and throughput. Also, they run synchronized with the downstream equipment.

FLAT DIES Available in single and multi-manifold version, all the dies are manufactured using special steels, thermally treated to improve mechanical properties as well as thermal stress resistance. Multi-manifold dies are manufactured with separate distribution channels, to allow different materials to be extruded. The dies with automatic adjustment of thickness are also available for high production lines.

Single Screw Extruder→Mould → Vacuum forming table→ Haul Off Machine → Oven machine → Cooling frame → Cutting Machine → Stacker
