Product Application

The production line is mainly used for soft & hard PVC modification and recycled granulation.

Product Features                                  

— The production line adopts die-face thermal cutting mode with unique structure and high automation. Also the operation is simple and convenient, and continuous production is stable and reliable.

— Extruding machine: conical twin-screw extruder is used to ensure high output and efficiency. Many advanced technologies are adopted such as Omron temperature control meter and frequency speed control. Special die-face cutting system makes the operation safe and convenient. The cutting speed is adjustable so as to improve the precision.

Production Flow

Raw material → conical twin-screw extruder → cutting die head → die-face thermal cutter→ forced cooling air conveyor → vibrating selection → storage silo
