Product Application

This equipment is suitable for the production of PVC fiber reinforced hose, also known as PVC fiber reinforced pipe, PVC woven reinforcing yarn tube, PVC mesh tube, PVC fiber tube; PVC hose, PVC plastic snake skin tube.

Used in machinery, coal, petroleum, chemical, agricultural irrigation, construction, civil (solar water heaters, gas tanks) and other fields, can be widely used in food, health industry. It is also widely used in gardens and lawns.

Product Features                                  

PVC polyester fiber reinforced hose is a high-quality polyester pipe which is made of high-quality PVC plastic and is made of a reinforced mesh made of high-strength polyester fiber to enhance its strength. The PVC polyester fiber reinforced hose (referred to as PVC fiber tube) is divided into three layers of structure, the inner and outer layers are made of high quality PVC, and the middle layer is made of polyester fiber reinforced mesh.

The hose is non-toxic, transparent, pressure resistant, tensile resistant, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, beautiful in appearance, soft and lightweight, and durable. Suitable for conveying liquids such as domestic water, juice, milk, beverages, alcohol, jam and other foods).

PVC fiber tube can be divided into normal temperature resistant fiber tube according to the use temperature (used for a wide range, temperature range -5°C-65°C), low temperature resistant fiber tube (adding low temperature resistant additives, can be used in low temperature environment, temperature range -35 °C -65°C) and high temperature fiber tube (add high temperature additives, can be used in high temperature environment, temperature range -5°C -160°C).

This unit can produce PVC reinforced hose with intertwined PET film belt by replacing the reinforcing mesh weaving machine. This hose has a beautiful appearance and is widely used in various fields such as water heaters.
