DTC series screw conveyor is an auxiliary machine for plastic processing. It can directly transfer the plastic powder or granules into hopper. All the parts of screw conveyor which may touch the material are made by stainless steel. There will be no pollution and foreign matter during conveying because the production is full-closed and automatic.

Working principle of screw conveyor

DTC series screw conveyor use one screw pole for conveying. After start, the screw pole will rotate. Then continuously put the materials into the bucket, the material will be transferred to the outlet. The system is fixed with timer to set the charging time according to charging volume.
