Product Application

The PERT pipe produced by this production line is a kind of non-crosslinked polyethylene pipe which can be used for hot water. It is also called hot-resistant non-crosslinked polyethylene pipe. It is mainly used in water heating supply system, central air conditioner piping system, floor radiation heating system and solar water heating system, etc.

Production Flow

Raw material → vacuum feeding → material drying → single screw extruder → spiral mould → low temperature cooling & sizing device, high level water tank → immersion vacuum setting box → immersion cooling water tank → inkjet printer → belt tractor → double disk winder → finished product inspection & packing.

Extruding machine: single screw extruder uses slotting barrel and new type BM high efficient screw with high rotating speed, high output and strong plastification.

Extruding mould: use spiral shunt type die. The advantages of such die are as follows: even discharge, easy adjustment and remove extruding weld mark, etc. The die is improved to avoid melt fracture during extruding so as to guarantee the surface high finish of PERT pipe. Disk type sizing device is used because its friction force with pipe surface can be minimum so as to avoid adhesion.

Vacuum setting device: the total cooling length is 17m including 1 set vacuum sizing box and 3 sets cooling water tank. This cooling length is allocated to meet required cooling capacity for producing 20x2.0mm pipe at the speed of 15m/min. Also the required additional cooling for pipe cooling should be considered.

Tractor: two claw belt type high speed tractor uses stepless frequency speed control to meet the requirement of hauling stability.

Double disk winder: it has tension control and can automatically adjust the winding speed. Also it is fixed with pipe arrangement device.

There are many kinds of electric control system for choice such as PLC auto control system, the production speed will be high and stable. Also the control system will be easy to operate.
