Product Application

The production line is mainly used to produce mini or micro pipe of PE, PP, PVC, ABS, and nylon, etc. The pipes are widely used in many industries as ball-point pen refill, straw, windpipe, medical pipe, lab pipe. The advantages of this production line are as follows: beautiful shape, high production speed, high automation, continuous production stable and reliable.

Product Features                                  

Extruding machine: the single screw extruder uses specialized high efficient screw with high rotating speed, high capacity and strong plastification.
Extruding mould: the special designed die is used because of even discharge, easy adjustment and extruding weld mark elimination, etc.
Vacuum setting device: all the parts which may touch water are made by stainless steel.
Tractor: two claw belt type high speed tractor uses stepless frequency speed control to meet the requirement of hauling stability.
Precise pneumatic cutter or automatic winder: automatically cut or collect the pipes according to customers’ requirements. It can reduce the labor strength and improve the production efficiency.
There are many kinds of electric control system for choice such as PLC auto control system, the production speed will be high and stable. Also the control system will be easy to operate.

Production Flow

Raw material → single screw extruder → forming mould→immersion vacuum setting box → immersion cooling water tank → inkjet printer → belt tractor →cutter/ winder → product inspection and packing
